چکیده

Subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) is a classic form of allergen-specific that used to treat birch pollen induced allergic asthma. To investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms SCIT, we aimed profile lung samples explore changes in differential proteome before and after SCIT mice with Fresh lungs were collected from three groups female BALB/c mice: 1) control mice, 2) pollen-induced 3) SCIT. Tandem mass tag (TMT) labelling coupled liquid chromatography-tandem spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was analyze mice. Ingenuity pathway analysis (IPA) Gene Ontology (GO) classification applied identify differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) crucial pathways. The screened DEPs validated by immunohistochemistry analysis. A total 317 upregulated 184 downregulated asthma group compared those group. In contrast, 639 (163 456 proteins) identified comparison Among DEPs, 277 returned similar levels as relative non-asthma condition. Bioinformatic revealed played significant role leukocyte extravasation signaling pathway. related importance

on translation of politeness strategies in dialogues involving female characters in translations and retranslations of novels translated before and after the islamic revolution of iran and their effects on the image of women: a polysystem theory approach

abstract reception environment has considerable effects on accepting a translation. as the expectations of a target culture and its values and needs change throughout history, its criteria for accepting a translation or rejecting it will change accordingly (gentzler, 2001). the expectations of iran, as the reception environment in the present study, have changed after the islamic revolution. i...

Induction of Bronchial Tolerance After 1 Cycle of Monophosphoryl-A-Adjuvanted Specific Immunotherapy in Children With Grass Pollen Allergies

PURPOSE Subcutaneous allergen-specific immunotherapy (SCIT) is a well-established and clinically effective method to treat allergic diseases, such as rhinitis and asthma. It remains unclear how soon after initiation of an ultra-short course of grass pollen immunotherapy adjuvanted with monophosphoryl lipid A (MPL)-specific bronchial tolerance can be induced. METHODS In a prospective study of ...

Exposure to grass pollen – but not birch pollen – affects lung function in Swedish children

Allergic response to pollen is increasing worldwide, leading to high medical and social costs. However, the effect of pollen exposure on lung function has rarely been investigated. Over 1800 children in the Swedish birth cohort BAMSE were lung-function- and IgE-tested at the age of 8 and 16 years old. Daily concentrations for 9 pollen types together with measurements for ozone, NO2 , PM10 , PM2...

radiation-induced oxidative stress at out-of-field lung tissues after pelvis irradiation in rats

objective: the out-of-field/non-target effect is one of the most important phenomena of ionizing radiation that leads to molecular and cellular damage to distant non-irradiated tissues. the most important concern about this phenomenon is carcinogenesis many years after radiation treatment. in vivo mechanisms and consequences of this phenomenon are not known completely. therefore, this study aim...

Immunotherapy of Chenopodium Album Induced Asthma by Intranasal Administration of CpG Oligodeoxynucleotides in BALB/c Mice

Background: There are many therapeutic methods for allergic conditions. CpG oli-gonucleotides play a critical role in immunity via the augmentation of Th1 and suppres-sion of Th2 responses. Objective: In the present study we aimed to estimate the effec-tiveness of intranasal administration of CpG ODN plus Chenopodium album allergen in allergic asthma compared with the administration of allergen...
